Network Administrator – is needed for a temporary assignment of approximately
six months working 20 hours per week. Individual will function as part of an
integrated IT/Analytic team supporting company’s IT infrastructure,
internet/intranet and business needs. Will install, configure and maintain
organization’s network including servers (file/database), workstations, phones,
faxes, email and printers. Performs system backups on internal and external
network servers. Support, design and maintain servers, LAN hardware, LAN
users, and software. Maintains security of all systems including update and
develop proper documentation of system processes. Excellent communication
and customer service skills; works under minimal supervision. Also responsible
for performing tasks directly related to the support of Web servers, Web-related
operating systems, Web-related software applications, Web interfaces to
network-based applications, Web application development, and end-user training
and problem resolution. Graduation from an accredited college or university with
a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer
Programming, Server Administration, or related degree required. 6 years of
experience with network protocols, infrastructure, design, and operating systems,
Office 365. 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications such as
Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint. 5+ years of experience with the following
operating systems/servers: Windows Server 2000-2012, Windows SQL Server,
Redhat Linux ES V4 / 9, Apache, IIS, BEA Weblogic, VMWare ESXi and Windows ISA Server 2004. EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled

Floating Delta Team RN – A registered nurse (RN) who will support the Nursing Facility Initiative among multiple participating nursing facilities in the State of Alabama. This RN will be assigned facilities in Alabama to work hand-in-hand with the nursing facility to reduce avoidable hospitalizations. They will also work in collaboration with stakeholders to advance the goals of the project which include improvement in the overall management of the population of focus (POF) in the facility, improve clinical outcomes, lower the costs associated with caring for long term care residents, and coordination of care for long-term stay medically complex beneficiaries identified to be a high risk for hospitalization. RN must have a current State of Alabama registered nurse licensure (unrestricted), strong nursing assessment, judgment and critical thinking skills, long term care, subacute, LTAC, hospital, home health and/or hospice experience and working knowledge of long term care quality indicators and quality measures preferred. Should have excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills; skill in developing and managing short and long range projects with demonstrated ability to comply and submit deliverables by deadline. Must have ability to work independently and be able to work with patients/families of all ages, with diverse physical conditions and social/cultural backgrounds. Working knowledge of quality /process improvement concepts, including root cause analysis, Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, goal setting and interpretation of data required.
